This Privacy Policy describes how Casino Carmel ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and our website (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect Directly
We believe in absolute data minimization. We do not require you to register an account, log in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, phone number, or physical address) to play the game.
Your gameplay data, including your coin balance, progressive jackpot progress, and daily reward streaks, is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud active, this data is synchronized directly across your devices using Apple's secure CloudKit framework. We do not host servers that store this information, and we have no access to your individual game data.
2. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics (AdMob)
To keep the App free to play, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The AdMob SDK may collect and process anonymous data, including:
- Device Identifiers: Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and other anonymous identifiers. You can opt out of this tracking at any time via the iOS system tracking prompt or iOS settings.
- Usage Data: Information regarding the ads you view, click, and interact with in the game.
- Coarse Location: Approximated location derived from your IP address to deliver regionally relevant ads (e.g., local weather-themed ads).

3. In-App Purchases and Payment Information
All financial transactions for the "Remove Ads" upgrade are processed securely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit 2 APIs. We do not collect, process, or store credit card details, bank account numbers, or billing addresses. Apple provides us only with anonymous cryptographic receipts to confirm your entitlement to the upgrade.
4. Children's Privacy
Because Casino Carmel simulates a slot machine cabinet, the App has an App Store age rating of 17+. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
